My entire world changed when I started viewing collaboration through the lens of shared experiences.
Dunno if it’s just me but collaboration always felt structured and performative, like we’re supposed to behave a certain way and achieve a certain outcome together.
Shared experiences on the other hand evoke incredible memories! When we’re all sharing an experience the vibe is fun, exciting, organic, spontaneous, sometimes even mystical: shared experiences impact us each in different, unpredictable ways!
Join me (and a group of like-minded peers) on Saturday, September 19th at The Bass Museum of Art for an immersive workshop about creative collaboration, inspired by Amalia Pica’s exhibition Lecturas Posibles.
Out beyond clichés of community and networking is a field of possibilities and wonder. I’ll meet you there!
