A creative leadership retreat in the jungles of Costa Rica, in two sessions: May 2–6 and May 6–10, 2025.
Our five-star resort in the jungle
Imiloa Institute is a private, intercontinental institute for the education and advancement of human beings. Immersed in the Costa Rican jungle just north of Dominical, deep in the Savegre Mountains and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Imiloa offers group experiences in eco-luxury, gourmet plant-based cuisine and a campus that feels more like a national park than a retreat center.
Daily agenda
Unlike a normal business conference with jam-packed schedules, our programming ebbs and flows depending on discoveries with the group. Expect daily agendas each morning at breakfast comprised of each of the following elements.
Activations in nature. From walks to sacred waterfalls, to creative exercises in cloud forests, to adventures meeting influential small businesses, our total immersion activities will more deeply connect you with nature and your environment.
Deep relaxation / free time. Downtime for reflection is a significant part of the creative process. After some of the deepest conversations of your life, expect plenty of solo time to let the discoveries land. Sure, you have Wi-Fi throughout the campus, but we encourage limited devices for the full Here Goes Nothin experience.
Guided meditations. With the skill of a surgeon, Erwin extracts karma — then recovers and reveals what is most relevant and essential for you to address on your path to wholeness. His integrity, insight, psychic abilities, and intent are highly developed — and the results are always deeply personal, lasting, and profound.
Plant-based meals. Imiloa’s world-renowned kitchen serves “conscious comfort food” — healthy, locally-sourced gourmet plant-based meals that are artistically plated, scientifically nourishing and delightfully crafted for all our guests. Our gut is the second, “largest brain” and, by nurturing it, we can help catalyze the transformation of mind, body and soul.
Getting there
Choose from one of two sessions: Session 1, May 2–6, or Session 2, May 6–10. We recommend you fly into SJO one evening prior and stay at an airport hotel in order to take our private group flight (from SJO to Imiloa) at 9 AM on your start date.
